40 Day’s To Personal Revolution
The 40 Days program isn't another quick fix. In fact, it will require some serious hard work, but it just might be the most liberating, rejuvenating thing you take on this year!
And you’re not in it alone. Through the process of the 40-Day program, we come together as a community to challenge ourselves and support one another in creating health and balance. As Baron Baptiste explains, this program is about "finding your way home to the mental clarity, lightness of body, and illumination of spirit that comes with whole-life health."
The 40-Day Program includes
— Six weekly meetings: Tuesday nights from 7:15-8:30 pm
— Celebration Party
— Yoga practice six days per week
— Meditation practice

— Guided three-day dietary cleanse

40 Days Yoga Plus: before 9/5 $419 and after 9/5 $440; includes book, meetings, materials, 40 days of yoga, & a private yoga session with Michel
40 Days Coaching Plus: before 9/5 $495 and after 9/5 ; includes book, meetings, 40 days of yoga; & a session with one of our life coaches. (This option would be useful for those going through a personal or professional transition during the program.)
40 Days Nutrition Plus: before 9/5 $694, after 9/5 $715; includes book, meetings, 40 days of yoga, and three sessions with our experienced Naturopathic Doctor Lauren Oktay. This is an ideal program if you are interested in using the 40 Days program to help yo loose weight or manage physical health issues.
