Family Yoga Special Class with Ellie Griffin
Join us for a family yoga class designed especially for kids! Yoga provides amazing benefits for us humans, and kids are no exception. Starting yoga early helps not only with kid's cognitive abilities, but also helps them figure out how to recognize and control what's going on inside. We will practice breathing and being, so your 2-7 year old begins to learn how to control their body and mind. They'll gain emotional and mental awareness and make friends in the process!
Ellie is a yoga teacher who focuses on physicality and mindfulness in her teachings. She uses movement, breath work, and self love to help her students create a calm mind and compassionate heart. She's passionate about sharing this practice with her community in as many ways as possible. Ellie is currently working on completing her 500 hour teacher training.
