Corinna’s intention is to empower students in recognizing their capacity to cultivate well-being. Her classes incorporate a strong alignment focus that is infused with knowledge that the body and mind are different everyday. Corinna considers, in the moment, optimal alignment a necessary element for a life long practice. Yoga is a powerful tool for personal insight. Skills are developed during practice and when applied off the mat, they have a profound impact on the way people interact with themselves and each other. Corinna invites students to move into stillness and attune their ear to the teacher within.
Corinna’s mother introduced her to yoga and meditation as a child. Her understanding of the body is informed by years of gymnastics, collegiate pole vaulting, and most recently running and cycling. Corinna is a 200 RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) with her training rooted in the style of Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga. She continually deepens her practice and refines her teaching skills. You might find Corinna at a yoga book club or on a run.
