Britta first fell in love yoga when the practice started to transform how she listened to her body and spirit and the clarity this brought to her life.  She began to notice that she embraced practice when life was going well and shied away when she wanted to ignore something or stop listening to her true purpose.  Eventually, with the help of yoga, Britta started seeing the space and choice that comes to life when she embraced awareness.  Britta loves to teach class inspired by breath, physicality and playfulness.  Through this practice, she believes students can find true awareness and be the brightest versions of themselves.
