Stephanie’s yoga journey started after college when she found herself unhealthy, self-conscious and lacking a sense of purpose in this crazy world. After completing a 30-day challenge she was inspired to learn more about yoga and how it impacts the body and mind. She completed her teacher training in 2014 and has been dedicated yogi ever since. She finally found the community and support she was always searching for. Through asana and meditation, she was able to leave her past behind, reveal the many masks she was wearing and finally find some inner peace. She’s in constant discovery of herself, and believes you must be vulnerable and push yourself outside of your comfort zone to find growth.
Stephanie is trained in Baptiste methodology and has completed Art of Assisting and Advanced Art of Assisting. She’s passionate about connecting with her students through powerful assists during class and delivers a grounded vinyasa flow that connects movement with breath. She encourages her students to recognize and unleash the power they have over their own lives. Her class will help you identify when you've fallen into default mode on your mat and in your life. Yoga has truly turned Steph's life around and she welcomes her students to do the same!
